Nice, peacefull, quiet and comfortable hotel. Big breakfast, nice back yard, parking.
We ordered a bottle of wine that was in the pricelist for 8euros, and we were charged for 20euros. We didn't say anything at the moment, but I am sure that it was some kind of misunderstanding.

Breakfast OK. Room OK. Balcony OK especially if you get garden side. Garden PERFECT. Quiet, comfortable, with private parking with shade. Some 300 m from the beach, 700 m from walking area in Asprovalta, but it made no problem for us even we had a 10 month baby. Long, wide and sandy beach, no crowd. For 2 beds and sunshade you pay only what you drink.
The hotel is not where it is shown – neither on map nor by GPS coordinates (disregard it completely). If you enter Asprovalta from Thessaloniki side just go forward on the main road through town, via Kavala. Soon as you pass the exiting sing that you have left the town you will see it on your right – it is on the main road, can not miss. Smoking is not forbidden so you will find even the hotel personal smoking in the dinning room (but after all you are in Greece, this is so normal there) The wind is common in Asprovalta so you can expect some waves on the see, but the bigger problem is that than the see becomes dirty, full of grass and muddy send.

It is obvious that the hotel has excellent possibilities for tourism and vacation at the seaside and in the mountain. There are hunting dogs. A vast free parking, exotic garden, fitness, children facilities, big resraurant with terraces are at guests' disposal. Everywhere is clean and tidy. In the evening the air smells like flowers and South plants. The BBQ is excellent - delicious traditional grill (souvlaki) and great South wine. The breakfast is rich. The hosts are very pleasant and polite. The sea is very calm and warm. The beach is wide with many secluded places.

Staff were friendly.
There were no facilities available i.e. lunch or dinner. Breakfast was mediocre and the water pump banged throughout the hotel (but mainly in our room) at various intervals of the day. The room was not very clean and the fridge had obviously not been cleaned since last season, it was disgusting. This hotel should not have accepted our booking, they made no effort and were obviously too busy gearing up for the Easter rush to be bothered with us. Would not use again and would not recommend.

Generally not bad hotel, with a big playground for little kids, relatively generous breakfast and big enough free parking. The staff are very kind and do their best to make their guests feel good. Has air conditioning, TV and big terraces with a view towards the sea (not that beautiful one assuming it is a third line hotel) and the parking/playground. There is a free umbrella and lounges on the beach, if you order a drink and tell them you are from the hotel - ask receptionist.
First of all, the hotel is not where shown on the map - it is outside of the city, about 200 m distance from its northern borders, 1000 m walk to the very city centre, 300 m walk from the sea. Its furnishings are at least 10 years old, there were blankets provided (in the middle of the summer). We requested a child bed, and we were provided with a such... Later, it was literally taken from our room and just a bed protection was provided (which honestly made us really mad). In short, the price is too high for what you get - the same conditions for houses to rent in Asprovalta are about EUR 25.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, very friendly and obliging, they spoke very good english (much better than my greek). The breakfast and evening meal were good, both were well presented. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again when travelling to this part of Greece.
